The best food I’ve had in Edinburgh by far, had a try of everything and was so impressed! Will definitely be recommending this to anyone who visits Edinburgh.All the arancini were delicious in their own way, I couldn’t pick a favourite! we got some arancini here this morning and it was so delicious we immediately came back for more - Im now finding out 'Cala Cala' is a Sicilian term used to describe exactly this! A very aptly named little food stop. Totally delicious
I have tried the original’s and sicilian’s arancini as a food street today. These were absolutely great. I had the feeling to be back to the south of Italy. You really made my day, many thanks. Absolutely recommended. Well Done!!!!!!!
Stopped by here on the way home from the football, it was quite late so unfortunately they didn’t have the arancini ball I was looking for, they only had a mushroom one and a blue cheese one, since I hate mushrooms I went for the blue cheese option and it was brilliant well worth the money!
A taste of Sicily! My partner and I tried several items from Cala Cala's menu. The chef, Luca, was excellent. He talked us through the menu and made several recommendations based on our preferences - It was exactly what we needed on a cold Scottish day, warm tasty food!We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Thank you.
Just recently tried the arancini from Cala Cala. The arancini I tried was particularly good. It was certainly as good as any I have tried In Italy.

I'm from Sicily and I recently tried Cala Cala's arancini, and I must say that they are absolutely delicious. The crispy, golden exterior gives way to a heavenly mix of creamy risotto and flavorful fillings. It's a taste of Sicily that warms the heart and satisfies the soul in Edinburgh. Thank you very much, guys.
Perfect portion size- definitely worth the money. Super delicious and the dipping sauces are unreal. Staff are so friendly we will defo be going back!!!
Me and my husband are both Italians and we love these arancini!! Highly recommended plus the staff is super lovely 😊😊

Incredible value for money, I ordered a box with 4 arancini, 1 side and 1 dessert and it lasted for dinner and lunch the next day. Service was professional and the delivery arrived on time. Will definitely order again!
